This report presents the key findings and recommendations of the research study entitled The Prime Project. The aim of the study was to generate insights and understanding of a sample of working women’s attitudes and/or experiences of menopause in a university work setting. Menopause is a ‘silent issue’ for most organisations, and women’s experience of menopause in workplace settings is poorly understood by employers, national governments and academic researchers alike. This study provided a unique opportunity for women to record their experiences in their own words.
